Jaguars Ground it out

Coming into this game the Titans had to know the Jaguars would want to run the ball, not only because that's what the Jags do but also because Mike Sims Walker was out of the game. However the Titans had no answer for Maurice Jones Drew and the Jaguars rushing attach, as Jones Drew went over 100 yards for the fifth week in a row.

For the second week in a row the Jaguars dominated the first half. The Jags had the ball four times in the first half and scored three times. They also held the ball for over twenty minutes. It looked like in the second half that the Titans might get back into the game but the Jags did a nice job of closing the game out. They were also lucky with tons of dropped passes by the Titans and caused two turnovers. The turnovers are something that the Jags haven't been able to get much of this season.
