I've seen enough of Tiquan Underwood

This weekend Mike Sims Walker was inactive, which put Tiquan Underwood in the starting lineup however he did not make the most of his chances. Tiquan has been returning kickoffs when Deji Karim was hurt and I for one don't think he's a good returner. In this game like others he hesitates and doesn't seem willing to hit the hole when he needs to blast through them. I know it takes a certain type of guy to return kicks and Underwood doesn't seem to be that type.

So if he isn't returning kickoffs then he has to earn his spot as a wide receiver. Well he got a shot at starting in the Browns game and showed nothing. He dropped a couple of passes including a touchdown pass that he should of caught. At this point I've seen nothing in Underwood except speed to justify him being on the roster. I personally would like to see John Matthews get a shot. In the preseason he showed flashes of being a good over the middle receiver. If not Matthews then how about the guy the Jaguars just picked up Jason Hill. Either way I think letting Underwood suit up much more this year is a mistake.
